Refund Policy


Any embroidered, imprinted or embellished products cannot be returned if the wrong size or color were ordered by the purchaser. Purchaser bears the responsibility of inspecting all products before usage and/or washing to verify that the product quantity and embellishment is correct as ordered and is in good condition. Without exception TNT will not assume responsibility after products have been used or washed, nor for any products that have been embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any fashion by a third party.

In addition, TNT will not accept any unwanted embellished products. Products must be in the original carton or container and in saleable condition to qualify for a credit. TNT may not accept the return of proprietary products or special orders that cannot be resold unless such products are defective or non-conforming to the relevant purchase order. For all other products, Purchaser must notify TNT of a request to return products within three (3) business days of receipt by Purchaser.
